Laura Olsen is a provider with Oxford, and Medicare. Oxford Medicare provides a yearly nutrition consultation for their members for free with no referral required for hte first visit. Two more visits with a primary care physician's referral and the copay, though this may change. Other Oxford programs usually cover for medically necessary nutrition counseling. Medicare covers for diabetes management and non-dialysis kidney disease only.
